Backend/Sorter/Pricer

This position is very broad and includes, but is not limited to; sorting incoming items, pricing, emptying trucks, moving items up and down stairs, loading vehicles with sold items, receiving donations and potentially driving for pickups. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. An earnest interest in thrift stores and items, in general would be a great trait in a candidate.

Positions start at $16 and will be 25-30hrs a week to start with some flexibility of schedule.

We are looking for people that can grow with us over the years and for people who can take ownership over their roll and to grow to be one to train and to lead in the future when other employees join the team.

We are a locally owned and operated small business in the heart of Long Island, NY.

With over 20 years of experience, we have specialized knowledge in finding the best way to extend an item's lifespan. Weather it be a broken tv or a pair of gently used shoes - we have paths for each item and make sure it can be used again or parted out and recycled properly.

Far too many times to count, the lifespan of an item is cut short unnecessarily which causes excess waste and product creation. We believe strongly in doing our best to change that and to be a part of making our community a cleaner and healthier place for our future. Saving one item at a time from the landfill; that's our motto!
